About The Role

As our Immigration Manager, here are some things we would love you to get into.

  • Attend strategy meetings with clients to discuss their global mobility strategies.
  • Seek and create client relationships and undertake new and existing business development activities. 
  • Make your mark on the industry by providing commentary in company newsletters and blogs surrounding changes to legislation and immigration policy.
  • Drive the business plan delivery within your team and ensure commercial results are achieved. 
  • Providing timely and technically correct immigration advice at all times
  • Create and maintain client relationships.
  • Represent AI to corporate customers and individual applicants.
  • Manage a team of Migration Agents. 

About You

About the role

The Position

  • Permanent full-time (less than full-time also accepted)
  • Immediate start
  • Mostly work from home (team collaboration via Zoom), 1-2 days per week at our hip South Melbourne Creative Cubes office

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Working as a team to help customers achieve their migration dreams
  • Putting together high-quality, migration-related applications (e.g. visa applications, skills assessments) with the help of an admin team
  • Conduct consultations using effective communication to help customers identify their best pathways to PR
  • Help make the experience as stress-free as possible for our customers.
  • Give it your best (we’ve had a 100% success rate in almost every visa subclass).
  • Staying on top of migration policy and regulation research

Essential Technical Competencies:

  • Registered migration agent with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Competency in handling visa applications from start to finish
  • Fluent English speaker (IELTS 8.0+ in each band)
  • Broad knowledge across various visa subclasses (e.g. Partner visas, GSM, Employer Sponsored, Student, etc.)
  • Ability to plan GSM and other PR pathways
  • Competent with technology
