The Contributory Parent Visa gives parents access to Medicare and social security benefits while allowing them to live and work continuously in Australia.

Remaining Relative Visa

This visa is for individuals with no near relatives outside Australia and a sponsoring relative who resides in Australia and is an eligible citizen of New Zealand, an Australian permanent resident, or both.

Eligibility for 491 family sponsored visa Visa

The 491 family-sponsored visa is a skilled migration to Australia that permits people to live and work in a specific regional area. A subclass of this visa is known as the Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa.

An individual must be sponsored by a member of their family who qualifies and lives in one of Australia’s designated regional areas to be granted this visa.

In addition to meeting these criteria, the individual must be under 45, meet specific health and character requirements, and score at least 65 points on the points test.

Once granted, the 491 family-sponsored visa allows the individual to live and work in a designated regional area of Australia for up to five years.

 After three years, the individual may be eligible to apply for permanent residency through the Subclass 191 Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) visa.

It is important to note that the 491 family-sponsored visa is highly competitive, with limited places available each year.

 As such, it is essential to ensure that all eligibility criteria are met and that the application is submitted promptly and accurately.

Get a suitable skills assessment.

Satisfy the minimum English language requirements.
